Planning Outpost LLC Selected to Lead Morgan County General Plan Update

South Ogden, Utah — Planning Outpost LLC, a land use planning consultancy based in South Ogden, is proud to announce its selection by Morgan County to lead the update of the County’s General Plan. The contract was officially awarded during the Morgan County Commission’s regular meeting held on August 5, 2025.

The General Plan serves as a foundational document guiding the county’s growth, development, and land use policies. Planning Outpost will work closely with county leaders, residents, business owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the updated plan reflects the community’s values, priorities, and vision for the future.
